FitFx Training’s online personal training services allow clients the freedom to work out on their own schedule and in their own homes while providing continual support, motivation, and communication! Your program includes an initial assessment, your exercise therapy/personal training sessions, ongoing customized homework with video instruction from Francesca herself, and recurring re-assessments to ensure that you are staying on track.

Every new client starts their journey with an initial assessment so that further insight can be provided on your needs and align them with your goals. This includes assessing posture, relative risk for injury, fitness and musculoskeletal health.
You will be provided with a tailored lifestyle prescription that outlines the appropriate dose of exercise and lifestyle behaviors to have you reach your goals. Customized workouts and training sessions will delivered by Francesca, a Registered Kinesiologist. These personal trainer online workouts will be accessible on any electronic device through Zoom Video Conference.
Clients will be able to join training sessions from anywhere and as your online personal fitness coach, I’ll be available to you every step of the way.
