Needed to improve posture for lower back pain. We focused on repositioning the pelvis & ribcage, diaphragmatic breathing & certain resistance training exercises to her improve posture. Now, the low back pain is gone, less tension in neck and shoulders, and better digestion.
Lower back pain limiting athletic performance and comfort when sitting/standing. We used the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) techniques to improve ribcage and pelvic mobility. After 3 sessions, low back pain is gone, able to touch toes, and more confidence.
Needed to improve performance for sports. Assessed current mobility & stability; used a combination of PRI techniques & strength training to improve balance & coordination. Now, stronger with better control/coordination & less sore after exercise.
