Following your free 30min online consultation, we would have gathered an in-depth intake of your health, current limitations and/or pre-existing conditions. Next, an Initial Assessment & Movement Screen would follow in order to provide even more information about your pain, posture, and current performance. This Assessment is an important step, supported by evidenced based orthopedic tests, which can be measured ongoing to demonstrate improvement from specific exercises. From there, we can discuss personal training sessions/packages, and/or effective treatment options that will suit you best.
