How To Perform Mountain Climbers
Mountain Climbers are a classic bodyweight cardio exercise that also happens to challenge your arm, core and leg strength and endurance.
Level/Difficulty: Intermediate To Advanced

Coaching Cues:
Push away from floor, drive knee to chest, switch mid air
Before starting:
To make this more of a beginner variation, move the legs one at a time at a slower pace that you're comfortable with.
For this exercise, start in a plank position with your chest over your hands and your core engaged.
To perform the Mountain Climber, quickly drive one knee into the chest and switch legs in mid air.
Continue alternating legs while supporting the upper body for your desired length of time.
