Coaching Cues:
Step forward with one hand and opposite knee; round spine and inhale deeply; exhale to cat pose; switch sides

Before starting:

Try to optimize your range of motion by coupling your inhalation with rounding your back at the same time

  1. Start on all fours, with hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips.

  2. Step forward with your left hand and your right knee. Inhale as you tuck your pelvis and round your back slowly to ‘camel’ pose. Round your back as much as possible

  3. Exhale as you slowly release your spine to ‘cat’ pose. Step forward with opposite limbs and repeat these steps. Perform for as many reps as desired.
